FAQs

Our information request form is very simple and enables us to collect information in key areas such as where you are located, what you require collecting and how. From this information our recycling partners will be able to provide you with an accurate quote to collect your items.

No, our service is completely free to use and you are not obligated to use any of the quotes that our recycling partners provide.

Yes, the minimum collection quantity that our partners will quote on is 20 individual items and above. For example, a computer monitor including any cables would be classed as one item and a keyboard would be classed separately as another item.

Depending on the age, condition and the potential residue value of your recycled WEEE, some recycling partners may offer you a rebate or a cost neutral service. The more detail you provide as part of your quote form, is the more accurate our recycling partners can be in determining this.

Yes. All of our partners are WEEE compliant and adhere to strictest data destruction/GDPR legislation. As part of their service they are legally obligated to provide you with the relevant documentation for your records and legal compliance.

This will depend on your collection requirements and the  current collection bookings the recycling company has. Collection availability is something that the recycler will discuss directly with you in order to arrange a collection day and time that is convenient for you.

What does our website do

Our website is designed to help you save money and time by comparing quotes from multiple Suppliers. We enable you to find information and also request quotations for products and/or services. We then connect your request with Suppliers who are able to provide quotes for you to compare.

How does our website work

As as visitor to our Website if you are interested in receiving quotes for a particular product and/or service you can fill in one of our quote request forms.

We then use our technology to connect you to one or more relevant Suppliers. We will share the information you have provided in your quote request form with one or more Supplier partner(s) who will then reach out and contact you independently themselves to provide you with quotes.

As part of our service we may contact you via telephone in order to confirm your requirements and to ensure that the details we have received are accurate, before passing them on to Supplier partners.

When submitting a request we provide a consent confirmation statement where you will be able to view the Supplier(s) we may connect you with before you request and accept these terms.

There is no obligation for you to accept any quote or purchase any products and/or services from our Supplier partners.

In order to make sure that your data is handled securely and used for the correct purpose, we have a legal agreement in place with each Supplier we work with to ensure that they will safeguard your data and handle it in line with GDPR and not share it with any other third parties.
